Return Policy

If your item arrives in a damaged condition or if you ordered the wrong size, you have 14 days to exchange the item.
To return your items you must first contact our customer support services at lea@arthleticwear.com and explain your reasons for returning the items. We will not accept any returns sent without contacting our customer support services first.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to the email address mentioned above.

You, as the customer, must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and include tracking. If your return gets lost and you have not purchased tracking for the item, you will not receive an exchange or a refund.  Note that depending on where you live, shipping an item to Serbia is not cheap. The cost is your responsibility, so be sure to order the correct size.
We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
We will not refund orders until we receive the items that are being returned.

All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any items that are found to have any animal hair on them.

To avoid the hassle of a return, be sure to check the sizing guide and consult with us if you have any questions.

We cannot accept a return or exchange if:
• It has been more than 14 days since you received your item.
• You damaged the item by not following the care rules written on the label and on our website. You will find care instructions on each product's page.
• You tore the item apart or damaged it in any other way.
• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that was ordered as a custom size or was custom made for the specific customer on their request.
• The item that is returned without contacting our customer services first.
• The item was ordered for a special event and did not arrive on time due to customer not choosing the most efficient shipping option, or an item was ordered solely for the purpose to be worn on a special event and then returned. 

Please note that returns are only accepted in exchange for the same item in a different size. We will not exchange the item for a different design.
